Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

1. General TermsStatus:
— No Refunds: All sales are final. Payments are for the artist's time and labor, and refunds will not be issued once work begins.
— Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
— Artistic Style: All artwork will be created in my personal, authorial style.2. Ordering & Revision Process
— Reference Materials: You must provide all necessary references for your character (images, descriptions, mood boards, etc.) and a clear description of your idea.
— Revisions: Major changes can only be made during the sketch stage. Once the sketch is approved and I move to coloring/rendering, only minor adjustments are possible.
— Payment: Full payment is required after the sketch is approved and before I continue working.3. Timeline & Pricing
— Deadline:The completion time starts from 3 weeks and varies based on complexity and queue. Please DM me for an estimated timeline.
— Backgrounds: The price for a detailed background is calculated individually.
— Commercial Use: The cost for a commercial license is separate and must be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.4. Copyright & Usage
— Credits: You may not remove, hide, or alter my signature/watermark from the artwork. You must credit me when you use or post the art.
— Personal Use: The completed art is for Personal Use only unless a Commercial License is purchased.
— Delivery: The final high-resolution file will be delivered via any convenient messenger (Telegram, Discord, X), or to your Gmail.5. Licenses & Publishing Rights
— Artist's Rights:
I (the Artist) retain the copyright to all artwork. I reserve the right to publish, display, and use the finished work and its WIPs (including sketches) in my portfolios, social media, streaming platforms, websites, and for self-promotion.
— Client Licenses:
Commercial licenses grant you specific usage rights. I (the Artist) retain the original copyright. Crediting me is mandatory in all cases.
— Personal Use (Standard):
You may use the art for non-commercial purposes: as a personal avatar, wallpaper, or printed for yourself, with credit.
— Private Commission (Remain Hidden): Base Price x2
I will not publish or share the artwork anywhere until you reveal it first. This secrecy is guaranteed for a maximum of 6 months.
— Commercial License A (Advertising & Promotion): Base Price x1.5
For using the art in promotional materials, branding (e.g., for a VTuber), online shops, Twitch/YouTube channel art, etc.
— Commercial License B (Ancillary Product Use): Base Price x2
For use where the art is not the primary focus: book covers, concept art, in-game resources, etc.
— Commercial License C (Primary Product Use): Base Price x3
[For use where the art is the main product:] merchandise like keychains, pillows, t-shirt prints, etc.The license holder may use the art for sale, promotion, and production but may not significantly alter the final artwork. All specific uses must be discussed beforehand.6. Payment
Payment is accepted via Boosty.to, Hippolink, or PayPal.
